Job Duties:
Manages the Student Services Team (consisting of Graduate Student Services Manager, Departmental Registrar and Undergraduate Student Services Manager, Departmental Program Coordinators for Creative Writing, Writing Program, HHIVE Lab, LMC, Latino/a Studies). Assists Associate Chair of Business Operations with the day-to-day operations of the combined business unit and ensures continuous operation of the business unit in times of increased workload or the absence of the Associate Chair of Business Operations; assists with all matters including human resources, direct hiring, recruitment, scheduling, budgeting, & project management. Oversees hiring of all SHRA and EHRA student hiring; Serves as the Departmental TIM Administrator, Departmental Summer School Manager, Departmental Access Coordinator, Departmental Work Study HR Hiring Manager, and one of the Departmental I-9 Agents.

Process employment/payroll actions and tuition payments for all eligible graduate students who teach or serve in year-long research assistant positions.
