Folklore student Jaycie Vos to present at 2017 Berks Conference

Jaycie Vos will present her paper, “Food, Empowerment, and Iowa: Exploring Mrs. Welch’s Cookbook” at the 17th Berkshire Conference on the History of Women, Genders and Sexuality at Hofstra University in Hempstead, New York on June 1. This paper is rooted in research Vos began during the fall 2015 semester of Folklore Theory. Check it out here.
