Congrats, Kimber!

Kimber Thomas has been named to the first cohort of Graduate Public Scholars of the Humanities for the Public Good Initiative, in the College of Arts and Sciences. The award recognizes and supports Kimber’s “public scholarship and its outstanding and demonstrable impact.” The committee noted her efforts in “amplifying the perspectives and histories of Black Southern women.”
